Director of Human Resources
The joy of collaboration and creating a positive environment is what makes her work as Director of Human Resources meaningful to Angela Anderson. Since joining the ASC team originally as a consultant and now full-time HR contractor, Angela describes every day as a different challenge; and it’s what she loves about working in HR. Some days are straightforward, some are chaotic, some are emotionally difficult, and others are exciting, such as when she finds the perfect candidate for a position.
When not enjoying the challenge of her work, Angela describes a perfect day as spending time with her family particularly camping and spending time outdoors. Sunday mornings are best spent taking her dog for a walk and enjoying her coffee, and any day is time to enjoy Haribo gummy bears! In addition to her work, family and the outdoors, Angela describes herself as an advocate for equity in sport and has been working on many initiatives for her community.
