Jaimee K

16 years with ASC

When not in one of Central Alberta’s many hockey arenas watching her son play hockey, or at her “glamping” site with friends and family, Jaimee is overseeing Accredited Supports Adult Services program from her location in the Olds office. She is in her second shift as an ASC employee, starting as a frontline overnight rotation staff in 2004. After leaving in 2006 for other opportunities, Jaimee returned “home” in 2008, working frontline and then up through the ranks as a manager, coordinator and now Program Director. Seeing the work the staff do to make memorable moments and events for the individuals they support brings her joy and satisfaction, as does seeing the differences the services make in people’s lives.

When not focused on work, hockey or chilling at the seasonal campsite, Jaimee loves a good mystery or whodunnit in book, movie or television form. Her time capsule would include photos, wishes for the future and inspirational quotes.
